Shipping:
All orders ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Orders do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Larimar Atelier. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.
Please fill out the contact form below within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange .Once your request is approved, we'll send you a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Order must be sent back within 7 days of the request being accepted. Please include your order number and indicate whether you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund.
Please note the following terms:
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition.
- We cannot accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
- We may reject the return if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- If your return request was not submitted or sent back within the given time frame, we unfortunately cannot accept your returns.
Please note that Larimar Atelier reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements. We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
